How does the RSC app connect to ReliaTrackā„¢ ?

A:

The RSC app tracks order life before they leave an Atkore facility, while ReliaTrack™  allows users to see non will call orders after they have left an Atkore facility. However, for non will call orders the RSC app populates a link to the given order in ReliaTrack™ - no login information needed!

How do I create an account?

A:

The RSC app allows for users connected to the Atkore portal to track orders and book appointments. In order to be a user, you must use your distributor or agent portal login credentials. If you do not have a portal account and would like to become a user email rscapp@atkore.com.

What kind of orders can I track and book appointments for?

A:

You can track any order type under the "My Orders" tab and appointment booking is available for all will call orders. 

Q:

How do I use the RSC app without an account?

A:

Most of the features of the RSC app are friendly to any user, regardless of whether or not they have an account. Users will need to use two-factor order information to track orders without being logged in. Appointment booking, however, is restricted to only users who have accounts. Join today by emailing rscapp@atkore.com.
